1. Introduction and Scope

This Privacy Policy outlines how Zoklent Company S.A. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") handles data in connection with our digital advertising monetization services.

We provide specialized ad management services using the Google Ad Manager 360 (GAM 360) platform. We work with digital publishers ("Publishers") under Google’s Multiple Customer Management (MCM) framework, specifically in Manage Account (MA) and Manage Inventory (MI) modules.

2. Our Role in the Ecosystem

For Users: We act primarily as a Data Processor or "Service Provider." We do not interact directly with end-users but facilitate the technology that serves advertisements on our Publishers' websites or apps. For Publishers: We act as a service provider that manages and optimizes ad inventory. Our relationship is governed by our service agreement and Google’s Platform Provider Terms.

3. Data Processing via GAM 360

Our monetization services utilize Google technology to process data. This includes: Pseudonymous Identifiers: Including, but not limited to, Google’s DoubleClick cookies, mobile advertising IDs (e.g., Apple’s IDFA or Google’s AAID), and truncated IP addresses. Technical Data: Device type, browser version, operating system, and general geographic location (at a city or zip code level, not precise GPS). Interaction Data: Information regarding ad impressions, clicks, and engagement metrics to ensure proper billing and performance reporting.

4. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing

We process data for the following legitimate business purposes: Ad Delivery & Reporting: Ensuring ads are served correctly and tracking performance for Publisher revenue. Yield Optimization: Using historical data to maximize the value of the Publisher's ad inventory. Fraud Prevention: Identifying and blocking Invalid Traffic (IVT) and protecting the ecosystem from malicious activity. Compliance: Meeting Google’s MCM program requirements and industry standards (such as IAB TCF v2.2).

5. International Data Transfers

By using our services, Publishers acknowledge that data is processed through Google’s global infrastructure. Data may be transferred to, and stored in, the United States or other countries where Google maintains facilities. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and Google’s Data Processing Addendum to ensure an adequate level of protection.

6. Publisher Responsibilities

As a condition of our service, Publishers must: Maintain a legally compliant Privacy Policy on their properties. Disclose the use of third-party advertising technology (Google Ad Manager). Implement a robust Consent Management Platform (CMP) to obtain valid user consent for cookies and personalized advertising, particularly for users in the EEA, UK, and relevant US states (e.g., CCPA/CPRA).

7. User Choices and Opt-Out

End-users may exercise their rights to opt-out of personalized advertising through: Google Ad Settings: https://myadcenter.google.com/ Industry Tools: The Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) opt-out page or the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) Choice tool.

8. Data Security and Retention

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect our GAM 360 network access, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and strict role-based access controls (RBAC). We retain performance data only as long as necessary for reporting, auditing, and tax purposes.
